Job Summary

The Retail Supervisor’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Assist in opening and closing the store.
  2. Maintain communication with Manager and Assistant Manager on all issues.
  3. Assist in supervising sales staff to achieve goals.
  4. Greet customers with a smile and make them feel welcome; offer to assist them.
  5. Be knowledgeable of our products and pricing.
  6. Use sales techniques to drive sales to meet daily goals.
  7. Verify and balance cash drawer.
  8. Accurately produce reports and other departmental documents as assigned.
  9. Receive, price, and stock merchandise using store procedures and standards.
  10. Keep the store (floors, fixtures) and the merchandise clean and organized.
