Base pay range

$15.00/hr - $16.00/hr

Your Role

By exhibiting exceptional teamwork, curiosity, and care, the Retail Store Sales Associate will support Blick's commitment to customers, the Arts, and communities. Responsibilities include maintaining outstanding customer service, generating revenue through product knowledge, housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention, following all company policies and procedures.

• Deliver superior customer service by combining sales, product knowledge, and training to meet or exceed expectations.
• Complete and utilize programs like Blick Onboarding Training, Blick Sales Training, Preferred Customer Program, and Special Orders.
• Display an energetic and positive attitude with customers.
• Assist in merchandise setup, understand visual standards, and maintain the store as directed.
• Follow directions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Report low stock levels, inventory discrepancies, and customer product requests to management.

General Requirements

• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability for flexible schedules, including day/evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular attendance per retail policy.

Supervisory Responsibility
