Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Co Team Leader to guide the sales floor and receiving area, creating a high-energy team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences and profitable operations.

You will help manage merchandising, associate development, and daily financial oversight across the store. Key responsibilities include staff scheduling, inventory processes, and ensuring adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports to meet financial and operational goals.
• Demonstrate Ollie’s customer service and associate development behaviors to deliver outstanding experiences.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and programs meet operational expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning to ensure associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for business needs.
