Job summary

Family Dollar in Snow Hill, NC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations and customer service. You will assist with organizing merchandise, processing stock, and ensuring store standards are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environments is advantageous.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Assist in organizing merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays and support loss prevention.
