Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. The role drives store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through exceptional service, under the Store Manager's supervision.

Responsibilities include leading the store crew, managing scheduling, training, and development, and coordinating with leadership on efficiency and service improvements. A full-time schedule is required with varied shifts described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and advanced analytical skills required.
• Strong communication, leadership, supervision and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews.
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew.
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank).
