• Help train, supervise, and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Assist in creating and implementing strategies to meet sales goals and improve store performance.
• Handle cash management duties, including register operations and bank deposits.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Step in for the Store Manager in their absence, making key decisions as needed.
