About the Role

As a Retail Merchandiser, you'll help ensure that popular beverage products are fully stocked, properly displayed, and presented according to merchandising standards in grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations throughout your assigned territory.

Your work directly impacts product visibility and customer satisfaction. You'll replenish shelves and coolers, organize displays, rotate inventory, and maintain attractive product presentations that help drive sales and create a positive shopping experience. This is a fast-paced position that offers a mix of independence and teamwork while allowing you to represent nationally recognized beverage brands throughout the community.

You’ll regularly interact with store personnel, build professional relationships with retail partners, and help ensure promotional displays and special merchandising programs are executed successfully.

What You'll Do

• travel between assigned customer locations, restock beverage products, organize backroom inventory, assemble and maintain promotional displays, and ensure shelves remain clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• You'll follow established merchandising plans while providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with store management.

Daily assignments may vary, creating a dynamic work environment where no two days are exactly alike. Some routes may include travel to surrounding communities depending on business needs.

Flexible Scheduling

We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer scheduling options designed to fit a variety of lifestyles. Opportunities may include four 10-hour shifts, five 8-hour shifts, and select part-time schedules based on business requirements and availability.

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates are dependable, self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and with a team are important qualities for success in this position.

Qualified applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance. Previous experience in retail merchandising, stocking, grocery operations, customer service, inventory management, warehouse support, retail sales, or beverage distribution is beneficial but not required.
