About the Role

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will represent some of the most recognized beverage brands in the industry. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring products are fully stocked, properly rotated, attractively displayed, and available for consumers to purchase. You will travel between assigned retail accounts, maintaining shelves, coolers, displays, and backroom inventory while building positive relationships with store personnel.

This position combines customer service, merchandising, inventory management, and route-based field work. It is well suited for someone who enjoys working independently, staying physically active, and taking pride in creating organized, sales-ready product displays.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will stock and replenish products, rotate inventory to maintain freshness, organize backroom inventory, and ensure shelves and coolers remain clean and fully stocked. You will also build promotional displays, maintain company merchandising standards, and identify opportunities to improve product visibility and sales within assigned accounts. Building strong relationships with store managers and providing excellent customer service are important parts of the position.

Qualifications

Successful candidates are reliable, self-motivated, and customer focused. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, and applicants must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills are important, along with the ability to work independently and manage a route effectively.

Previous experience in retail, grocery, merchandising, stocking, route sales, warehouse operations, beverage distribution, consumer goods, inventory control, or customer service is helpful but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow.

Schedule

We understand that flexibility matters. Depending on business needs and route assignments, schedules may include four 10-hour shifts, five 8-hour shifts, or part-time opportunities.
