Job summary

SalonCentric in Dallas is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in a busy retail environment. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, optimize store operations, and ensure exceptional customer service aligned with our beauty brand standards.

You will drive sales, monitor performance, and implement creative strategies to grow profitability while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive store culture. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail leadership experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management.
• Outstanding customer service and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to use a computerized POS system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends.

Store Manager Competencies/Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• A Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required

Salary Range:

From: $25.90

To: $28.80
