Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a full-time manager to lead a busy Chicago convenience site. The role focuses on recruiting, training, scheduling, and coaching staff to deliver excellent customer service and safe, well-presented stores.

You will analyze daily sales, control inventory and cash, and ensure compliance with company standards. This position requires strong English communication and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the CSR/ASM roles.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from bank/management meetings.
• Strong English oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage site organization, stocking and cleanliness to meet company standards.
• Schedule employees per guidelines to maximize service and efficiency.
• Supervise and support staff in training, safety and performance.
