As the Retail Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service while maximizing store profitability. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
  • One (1) or more years of Leadership Experience (Preferred)
  • Two (2) or more years of experience working in a retail environment (Required)
  • Required Certifications/Licenses: Valid driver’s license
JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Develop weekly goals for Key Performance Indicators
  • Manage employees and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Ensure all hours of operation are covered, including recruiting, hiring, and retaining staff
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery
  • Maintain store cleanliness
  • Provide excellent customer service and foster a friendly environment
  • Manage store financials
  • Collaborate with District Manager and other Store Managers to share best practices
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment; provide ongoing training and development
