Harbor Freight Tools in the United States is seeking an Assistant Manager (full-time) to join a high-performing team, where you will be empowered to take pride in your work and help drive our store forward. You will lead, coach, and develop others, maintain a safe, clean store, and ensure excellent customer service.

The role requires at least 2 years of retail leadership, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work varied hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in retail management/leadership role.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person, e-mail, and telephone.
• Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with IIPP.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays and weekends as necessary to meet the needs of the business.

• Ensure and model professional customer service

• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales associate duties
