You will manage assets, build community relationships, and implement merchandising strategies from corporate leadership, in a full-time on-site position with physical requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Focus on results and strong relationships with team members required.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly (up to 55 lbs occasionally).
• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and pulling necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Oversee and delegate store activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Lead, train, and develop store associates to foster growth.
• Provide customers with a positive shopping experience.
• Safeguard company assets and enforce policies.
