Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Sales leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver great service.
• Visual Merchandising: ensure displays and layouts meet high Skechers standards.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock and restock to maintain seamless shopping.
• Operations Management: manage scheduling, opening/closing, and store procedures; lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Sales Management: drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and targets.
• Problem-Solving: address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns.
