Connectivity Source is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead a Metro by T-Mobile storefront team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving strong sales results. You will coach staff, ensure operational standards, and drive promotions while building a highly engaged sales team.

The role demands energetic leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. Base + commission and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Age 18+ required.
• Background check may be performed during hiring.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a retail store environment.
• Ability to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train and develop your team daily.
• Maintain operational standards for inventory, revenue, promotions, displays and store environment.
