Job summary

Skechers Manhattan Beach is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team in operations, lead a team, ensure superior customer service, and contribute to store profitability through inventory, merchandising, and sales initiatives.

You will mentor staff, manage scheduling and procedures, uphold Skechers' brand standards, and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive environment. Weekend and holiday flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure product displays and store layouts meet Skechers' standards for style and innovation.
• Monitor stock levels, restock, and organize the sales floor for a seamless shopping experience.
• Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store operations; may lift/move boxes up to 50 lbs.
