Mobilelink seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead a Cricket Wireless store’s sales and operations. You will drive sales, customer experience, and inventory control while coaching a team to outperform targets.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and process discipline to ensure a top-tier store experience. You will collaborate with district leadership to roll out promotions, train staff on new products, and maintain store compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years proven retail sales management experience.
• 2+ years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

These events are an extension of regular job responsibilities and are designed to support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth.Employees will be provided with reasonable notice of scheduled events, and participation is considered a condition of employment. Duties at such events may include, but are not limited to: engaging with customers, representing Cricket Wireless products and services, distributing marketing materials, and assisting with event setup or breakdown.Job RequirementsTwo (2) years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales)Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teamsExcellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays per business needs.Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to have reliable transportation to assist at other locations within 30 minutes radius from the home store when needed.Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.Shift:8-hour shift - Weekdays and every Saturday
