Job summary

Mobily is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Colorado Springs, CO to lead sales and store operations, driving performance and an exceptional customer experience. You’ll manage inventory, train staff, and execute company initiatives to fuel growth across the store.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned environment).
• Strong leadership, recruiting, and team development abilities.
• Proven sales performance and drive to exceed targets.

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
