Role Overview

The Retail Store Manager (RSM) oversees all sales and operations at their assigned location. Successful RSMs lead their team and drive performance across sales, customer service, operational standards, and inventory. Strong leadership skills are essential to develop, implement, and manage team and company programs.

Responsibilities
  • Execute sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach the team to succeed.
  • Create a positive work environment for all employees.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Educate staff on compensation plans and sales strategies.
  • Partner with district management on product launches and process improvements.
  • Train staff on new products and promotions.
  • Assist with internal investigations and store operations.
  • Manage staffing and scheduling.
  • Maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Respond promptly to communications and complete required training.
  • Protect company assets.
Job Requirements
  • At least 2 years of retail sales management experience involving interactive and commissioned sales.
  • Experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing sales teams.
  • Proven sales skills and ability to meet performance standards.
  • Leadership and motivational skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency with computers and wireless equipment.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance.
