Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as Store Manager in a customer-facing retail or hospitality setting.
• Experience managing in customer service, retail, or hospitality environments.
• Proven ability to recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train retail staff.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with ability to develop a high-performing team.
