POP MART Americas Inc. seeks a Store Manager in Dallas to lead all aspects of the store, deliver premium customer experiences, and build a high-performing team, owning performance, inventory, and daily operations while reflecting the POP MART brand.

You will drive sales, manage schedules, coach staff, execute launches and promotions, and maintain store standards. Occasional travel up to 10% may be required for openings and trainings.

This range is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws and may vary based on geographic location. Individual compensation will be determined based on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications.
