Job summary

SalonCentric, a premier wholesale distributor and a subsidiary of L'Oréal USA, seeks a full-time Store Manager in Deerfield Beach, FL. Lead a high-performing team, ensure outstanding customer service, and drive store profitability with engaging leadership and strategic vision.

Requirements include 2+ years in retail leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work weekends. A high school diploma or GED is preferred; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift.
• A Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Salary Range:

• From: $25.90
• To: $28.80
