The salary range for this role is $86,000-$90,000 annually, plus a monthly bonus. We believe in a life/work balance! This role leads a team for at least 40 hours a week (in-store), which provides the ability to spend the remainder of the week doing the things YOU love best!

What You Will Do

What You Will Need

• High School Diploma required or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the wireless industry.
• A proven track record of successfully leading a store and delivering strong business results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills you can inspire a team and connect with guests.
• Solid business acumen with the ability to understand metrics, analyze performance, and drive results.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and develop team members into top performers.
• Flexibility to work weekends and travel as needed to support the business.
• The ability to motivate Sales Representatives to meet and exceed performance expectations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items.

Pay & Benefits Data

Minimum Salary: $71,400

Maximum Salary: $100,800

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
