Spirit Halloween is seeking a Store Manager in Arlington, TX to oversee the full operation of a seasonal store, driving sales and profitability while maintaining Guest Services excellence and tight inventory controls.

You will lead staffing, merchandising, setup and teardown, and ensure shrink reduction. The role requires 21+ and a flexible schedule, with the ability to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
