FirstCash, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team in a fast-paced retail environment, overseeing daily operations, driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

The role offers an hourly wage of $14.70–$25.00 with a monthly store performance bonus, full benefits, and opportunities for growth. Responsibilities include coaching staff, protecting assets, and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of management and customer service experience required.
• Retail, sales, or multi-unit retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining talent.
• Ability to analyze business results and drive performance improvements.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).

Store Manager

$14.70 - $25.00 per hour + Monthly Store Performance Bonus

We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our team! If you enjoy developing employees, driving business results, creating exceptional customer experiences, and building a high-performing team, this could be the opportunity for you.

As a Store Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including team development, customer satisfaction, inventory management, asset protection, and financial performance.
