AT&T is seeking a Retail Store Manager 2 in New York to oversee daily store operations, drive sales and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll manage merchandising, product launches and off-site promotional activities while ensuring goals are met.

You'll receive best-in-class training and opportunities to develop leadership skills as you coach a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service objectives in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Our Retail Store Manager 2 earn between $66,100 - $99,100 + $24,000 in annual commissions yearly when sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
