Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking aStore Manager in the United States to lead store operations and drive sales. You will manage and develop store associates, ensure a positive customer experience, and safeguard assets while executing corporate direction. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and experience in retail management.

You may be expected to perform physical duties, maintain compliance, and engage with the local community. This full-time position is located at 11824 State Rd.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is required.
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
