Family Dollar in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales. The role will oversee daily operations, train teams, and ensure a positive shopping experience while safeguarding assets.

This full-time position requires strong communication, results focus, and prior retail leadership. You will implement merchandising directions from corporate, build community partnerships, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.

Formación

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift, up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is required.
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
