Job summary

Crossroads Trading in San Francisco seeks a Store Manager to oversee store operations and bring our brand promise to life. Lead a fashion-forward, inclusive environment and guide a team to deliver an exceptional second-hand shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: retail management experience as Lead Manager with 15+ team members (2+ years)
• Extensive fashion knowledge of labels, brands and trends
• Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor, lead by example with a welcoming environment
• Prioritize and delegate to run the store like a well-oiled machine
• Be customer-focused, guiding team to assist customers and drive sales
• Be a mentor and coach, using training tools and growth plans to develop team
• Be transparent with clear, consistent communication with management
• Be a problem-solver, finding creative ways to improve customer experience and store performance

WAGE: $70,304-$80,304 PER YEAR (SALARY)

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail management as a Lead Manager managing a team of 15+ employees (2 years+)
• Extensive fashion knowledge including familiarity with labels, brands, designers and current trends.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

You will:
