Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, design, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least three years of retail or design experience, with two years in leadership; luxury retail preferred.
• Passion for design and exceptional client service with energy leadership.
• Strong business acumen including budgeting, payroll, and inventory control.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Polished, professional presence and strong relationship-building.
• Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle and valid driver's license.

What You Bring
