Job summary

Family Dollar in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Store Manager to lead associates, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive store sales daily. You will train staff, safeguard assets, ensure compliance, and build community partnerships while following corporate directives and standards.

You will be responsible for maximizing profitability, executing merchandising plans, and maintaining a safe, welcoming store environment for customers and employees alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (up to 55 lbs. occasionally).
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, climb, push, pull and lift repeatedly.
