Job summary

Family Dollar in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales. The role oversees all aspects of operations, trains and develops staff, and ensures customer satisfaction.

You will enforce policies, safeguard assets, engage with the community, and implement merchandising direction from corporate. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. (occasional 55 lbs.) from floor to above shoulder height is required.
• Regular walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling and repetitive lifting are required.
