5 Star Nutrition USA LLC in Odessa, TX is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a small team, and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will manage cash, inventory, and store standards, and you will mentor staff to meet performance goals and deliver our health-focused mission in a fast-growing company. This role offers commission and growth opportunities, plus a supportive culture centered on health and fitness.

*A motivated General Manager can make up to $50k - $60k annually including earned commission & bonuses. This is based on market, location and ability to deliver results.
