Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Texas LLC is hiring a Store Manager in Nacogdoches to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales. You will oversee daily operations, develop your team, and ensure a positive shopping experience while safeguarding assets.

You’ll implement directives from corporate HQ, maintain compliance with laws, and build community partnerships. This role requires strong communication, retail leadership, and the ability to manage varied tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift, up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is required.
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
