SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L'Oreal USA, is seeking a Store Manager for the SalonCentric Retail division in Metairie, LA. You will lead a high-performing team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales while maintaining brand standards.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, set clear direction, and manage day-to-day operations. This role requires weekend availability and a passion for beauty products and customer experience.

Store Manager Competencies/Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• A Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Salary Range:

From: $25.90

To: $28.80
