Samsonite is seeking a Retail Store Manager (Finance) to lead store operations, drive sales, and coach a team in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure brand standards, protect assets, and deliver excellent customer service.

You will hire/train staff, manage inventory, use a POS system, and strive to exceed goals with strong communication and leadership. Join a diverse team and grow with a global brand committed to quality and customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Experience in retail, customer service and inventory control.
• Able to stand, move around the store, lift up to 35 pounds, and climb a ladder.

What You'll Be Doing:

Qualifications of the role:

• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to stand, move around the store, lift/push product that weigh up to 35 pounds, and use a ladder to complete job duties.
• At least one year of previous retail management experience.
