Job summary

Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for our Littleton, CO location. This full-time role focuses on leading a team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving store profitability through effective merchandising and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Prior retail manager, restaurant manager, or hospitality leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in written, verbal, and interpersonal forms.
• Sales skills and a proven ability to meet retail targets.
• Visual merchandising experience is a plus.

• People Leadership: Lead, coach, mentor, and develop your team to drive sales, customer service, and growth.
• Visual Merchandising: Act as a product expert and ensure your team delivers an exceptional customer experience through high-quality product presentation and store layout.
• Staffing and Training: Manage recruitment, hiring, training, and retention of store employees to meet company goals.
• Retail Operations: Oversee store systems, including inventory management, scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and day-to-day operations to drive profitability; maintain organization, display products, restock shelves, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Sales Management: Drive revenue growth through sales management strategies and set performance expectations to meet goals.
• Problem Solving: Use strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues in-store for smooth customer experience.
