Job summary

suncommobilecareers is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee the sale of Wireless Devices, Accessories, and Service Plans in a busy in-person retail setting, in partnership with Cricket Wireless to drive revenue.

You will supervise a team, manage daily schedules, track performance, train staff, and ensure excellent customer service while meeting sales goals. Bilingual Spanish preferred; several shifts including day, evening, and weekend.

Responsibilities

• Supervise / join a team of retail sales workers.
• Adjust/adhere to a daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting.
• Resolve customer complaints/issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Train team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Maintain sales goals and ensure performance consistency.
• Support marketing initiatives and promotions at the store level.
• Manage inventory and merchandising efforts.
• Motivate the team to achieve targets and deliver excellent service.
