  • Ability to work on-site in the Greater Jackson, MI Area, including standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior management experience in a gas station or similar environment is preferred.

  • Financial Performance: Actively monitor labor costs, inventory shrinkage, and cash shortages. Provide guidance and corrective action on controllable measures to ensure budget adherence.
  • Team Development: Recruit, orient, train, and coach staff. Conduct timely performance reviews, foster a positive work environment, and maintain staffing levels to meet service demands.
  • Sales & Merchandising: Oversee product merchandising, displays, and promotional activities to maximize store appeal and sales.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for customer concerns. Promote the Kelly Fuels brand within the community and maintain a proactive, service-oriented store atmosphere.
  • Strategic Execution: Act as a vital link between HQ and the workforce, implementing new corporate initiatives and ensuring consistent field execution.
