Job summary

Uniform Advantage Brands seeks a Store Manager for our Fort Lauderdale, FL location. You will lead daily operations, drive sales, and mentor a team to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will build relationships with customers, manage inventory and payroll, and partner with purchasing to stock in-demand products. The role requires strong leadership, reliability, and a commitment to store standards.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills, including strong organizational and professional communications.
• Self-starter: detail-oriented and eager to follow through promptly.
• Multi-tasker: handle multiple customers and projects at once.
• Windows savvy: training on internal POS will be provided.
• Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency (knowledge of Excel a plus), 40+ wpm typing speed.
• Flexibility to accommodate opening or closing shifts.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and online assessment.
• A valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.
• Must be 18 or over with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous managerial experience.

• Own your store’s sales performance and motivate your team to achieve and exceed goals.
• Run the business efficiently by managing payroll, expenses, inventory and other key store operations.
• Recruit, train, schedule and develop a high-performing team.
• Partner with Retail Purchasing to ensure your store carries the products your customers want.
• Maintain a clean, organized, well‑stocked and welcoming store.
• Protect the business by following Loss Prevention procedures and maintaining operational standards.
• Use sales trends and store performance to identify opportunities, solve problems and drive results.
• Build relationships in the local community by visiting key accounts and developing new business.
• Handle other store leadership responsibilities, including bank deposits and occasional local travel.

Be a Store Manager for our Uniform Advantage store location in Fort Lauderdale, FL!

We help nurses, therapists, veterinarians and other healthcare professionals feel comfortable and look great as they work miracles large and small.

IT’S A PHYSICAL JOB

• Walk and stand for long periods of time
