Job summary

Family Dollar in Euless, TX is seeking a Store Manager to lead associates, guide daily operations, and drive store sales. You will supervise all store activities, train staff, protect assets, and ensure excellent customer experiences.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to build relationships with teammates and the community, and adherence to company policies and applicable laws. Retail management experience is preferred, with lift requirements up to 40 lbs (55 lbs occasionally).
