An Ollie’s retail store manager leads the successful operation of the entire store, building and guiding Associate teams who are passionate about merchandising and creating exceptional customer experiences. This role is a key part of Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, one of the Top 10 fastest growing U.S. retailers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide financial oversight of all sales and profit goals, managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and other key company initiatives.
• Demonstrate Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors and ensure company standards are consistently applied in all customer and associate interactions.
• Execute company strategies for merchandising, store standards, seasonal transition planning, and inventory processes to meet operational goals.
• Co‑coach associates by providing training, development, evaluation, supervision, and scheduling to meet business and staffing needs.
• Maintain proper security of the store location and all company assets.

Qualifications

• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience at a mid‑to‑large retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal periods.
• Valid driver’s license.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.
