Family Dollar in Easthampton, MA is seeking a Store Manager to lead associates, drive sales, and deliver a positive shopping experience. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, and safeguard assets.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to relate with the community, and adherence to laws and company policies. Physical stamina is needed for tasks such as lifting and standing during shifts.

• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is required.
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
