Job summary

Family Dollar in Georgia is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, guide associates, assist customers, and drive sales.

You will oversee daily activities, train staff, protect assets, and ensure compliant operations while implementing merchandising directives from corporate headquarters. This role emphasizes building community partnerships and delivering a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift, up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is required.
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
