Family Dollar in Cornville, AZ is seeking a Store Manager to lead associates, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will oversee daily operations, train teammates, safeguard assets, and build strong community partnerships.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, and a track record in retail management. You will work in a fast-paced environment with lifting and physical duties and must model our policies and customer service

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required
• Excellent communication skills are required
• Retail management experience is preferred
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs (55 lbs occasionally) from floor to above shoulder height is required
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
