Job summary

Family Dollar in Buena Vista, CO is seeking a store manager to oversee all aspects of daily operations and drive sales growth. You will lead, train, and motivate store associates while ensuring excellent customer service and asset protection.

The role requires a high school diploma (preferred), strong communication, and retail management experience. You will frequently lift items, stand, and move about the store as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs (55 lbs occasionally).
