Job summary

Family Dollar in Brownsville, TN seeks a full-time Store Manager to supervise daily operations, drive sales, and lead a team to deliver excellent customer experiences.

You will manage staffing, training, compliance, and loss prevention while executing merchandising directives from corporate. Experience in retail management is preferred; strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Skills And Experience

• Retail management experience is preferred
• Ability to regularly lift, up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is required
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
