Job summary

maurices is seeking a Regular/Full time Store Manager for the Brentwood, CA location to drive sales, loyalty, and talent development while maintaining an engaging omni-channel customer experience.

You will lead a team, oversee onboarding, training, and performance, and ensure sound operational practices and store expense management in a fast-paced retail environment.

Position Type: Regular/Full time

Pay Range: Hourly: $30.07 - $33.41 Pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements. This position is eligible for monthly incentive compensation based on store performance.
