Family Dollar is seeking a store manager to oversee all aspects of daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead a team, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service while safeguarding assets and complying with regulations.

You will implement merchandising and operational directives from corporate, build community ties, and develop staff to promote growth. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills and physical ability for daily store duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly (55 lbs occasionally) from floor to above shoulder height is required.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, climb, push/pull and lift repetitively.

• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
