Palm Beach Tan is seeking a motivated Store Manager to lead our Amarillo store, drive sales, build a winning team, and deliver an exceptional tanning experience that keeps customers returning. If you are passionate about retail leadership and helping people look and feel their best, this is your opportunity.

You will oversee daily operations, recruit and develop staff, coach for top customer service, and drive membership and product sales to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management or supervisory experience.
• Proven track record in sales leadership and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong team-building, coaching, and staff development skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Energetic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work a flexible schedule.
